In October 2025, two of the UK’s most respected names in electoral and marketing communications merged brands to form a single, unified business. If you’ve worked with us before – whether as Print Image Network or UK Engage – you’re in the right place. The team, the values and the commitment to service excellence remain just as strong.
Both businesses were founded on the same principle: that public and private sector organisations deserve a communications partner they can rely on completely. After more than 25 years of serving that mission under two separate brands, it made sense to bring everything together – and to make that combined capability visible in a single, clear identity.

Print Image Network built its reputation over decades as a specialist in high-volume, high-accuracy print and communications delivery for public sector clients. From electoral materials to direct mail, its work touched millions of households across the UK. In 2025, PrintWeek recognised the business as Customer Service Team of the Year for Large Enterprise – a reflection of the culture of care that runs through everything the team does. We were also finalists in 2026 for Customer Service team of the year.

UK Engage was a specialist in delivering impartial and transparent election services, ballots, polls, referendums and AGMs, overseeing hundreds of unique processes and contests each year. Their impeccable track record included a 100% customer satisfaction rating and the prestigious Customer Service Excellence Standard since 2012.

PIN Communications is led by Managing Director Michelle Ward, who has overseen a transformative period of investment and growth for the business. Under her leadership, the team has invested in new software and technology platforms, expanded its physical capabilities, and relocated to a new headquarters in Stockport – all while maintaining the service standards that earned the business its industry recognition.
The rebrand is the natural culmination of that investment phase. PIN Communications is backed by private equity firm Owner Venture Managers, whose support has enabled the business to build for the future whilst preserving the culture and expertise that clients have relied on for over two decades.
The team celebrated the new chapter at a launch event for staff, customers and suppliers held at The Colony in Wilmslow, Cheshire in autumn 2025 – a moment to acknowledge the journey so far and look ahead to what PIN Communications will become.
