    • (c) as required by law,  as permitted by our Data Protection Policy, or for service messages, Legitimate Interest and
    • (d) as set forth in our agreement with the Customer or as expressly permitted in writing by the “Customer”.
    • Additional information about PIN Communications confidentiality and security practices with respect to Customer Data is available upon request.

    We will retain your personal information for as long as we need it for purposes we collected, according to the applicable laws. Thereafter, we will either delete your personal information or de-identify it so that it is anonymous and not attributed to your identity. If you want to update the personal information we have, you can do so by updating your preferences, opting out of any communications we send to you or by emailing us at contactus@pin-communications.com.

    Data files supplied by the “Customer” will be stored and backed up for a period of one month and then deleted from all systems subject to contrary instructions from the “Customer”.

    Should you feel that this is the case please contact our Data Protection Officer at contactus@pin-communications.com. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the UK supervisory authority the Information Commissioners Office.

    By interacting with PIN Communications  via the website, emails, events, direct mail, telephone and social media you can engage in various activities including downloading relevant content such as white papers or case studies, voting in polls, trialling online demos, subscribing to our newsletter. Your personal identifiable information may be required to engage in these activities.
