THE ROLE
We’re looking for a detail‑driven Artworker to bring ideas to life with precision and creativity
The Artworker is where creativity meets precision. You’ll bring ideas to life with high-quality, print-ready artwork across a mix of print, mailing, and fulfilment projects, making sure everything not only looks great but works exactly as it should. From eye-catching designs to complex, legislation-led form layouts, you’ll ensure every piece is clear, compliant, and built for purpose. Acting as the go-to between clients, account teams, and production, you’ll keep projects moving seamlessly from concept through to final sign off for print.
This is a fast-paced role where no two days look the same. You’ll juggle multiple formats, turn around amends at speed, and make sure every file is perfectly prepped for print. Whether it’s transactional documents, direct mail, or large-scale campaigns, you’ll strike the perfect balance between creativity and accuracy helping deliver work that performs as well as it looks. From transactional documents direct mail to large-scale mailings to proposal documents and presentation packs, you’ll balance creativity with precision to support operational delivery and client satisfaction.

- Experience preparing artwork for high-volume print and variable data
- Detail-focused, organised, and comfortable working at pace
- Strong communicator and collaborative team player
- Proactive, adaptable, and committed to quality output with strong attention to detail
If you’re ambitious, motivated, and creative, we’d love to speak to you.
