THE ROLE
Are you energetic, organised and great with people? We’re looking for a proactive Account Manager to join our team and help deliver high‑quality print and digital communications for our clients.
In this fast‑paced role, you’ll manage multiple projects, build strong client relationships, and keep everything running smoothly across our print, direct mail, data, digital communications, and fulfilment services.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Be the main point of contact for clients
- Manage marketing print & mailing projects from brief to delivery
- Coordinate artwork, data, production, and dispatch
- Check proofs and data for accuracy and quality
- Work with suppliers, negotiate costs and maintain standards
- Track budgets and timelines
- Solve problems quickly and keep clients updated
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- A confident communicator
- Someone organised and calm under pressure
- Print experience in either marketing print, direct mail and/or digital communications
- A quick learner with great attention to detail
- A team player who loves delivering great service
