THE ROLE
We’re looking for a high‑impact Sales Manager to supercharge our commercial growth.
If you thrive on closing complex deals, uncovering new opportunities, and building powerful client relationships, this is your moment. You’ll own the full sales cycle, drive market expansion, and play a key role in helping shape our long‑term commercial strategy.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Turning warm leads into wins and generating new commercial opportunities
- Managing and closing complex, multi‑stakeholder deals
- Delivering value‑driven proposals with high levels of conversion
- Supporting go‑to‑market initiatives across direct, channel and partnership routes
- Collaborating across teams to push into new areas/markets and accelerate revenue
- Using CRM insights (HubSpot experience is a bonus) to forecast and optimise
- Improving sales processes to boost efficiency and results
WHAT YOU BRING
- 5+ years in strategic sales or business development
- A track record of smashing new‑business targets
- Strong value‑based selling and negotiation skills
- Commercial intelligence managing margins, commercial models, and deal structure
- Experience with GTM strategies and market expansion
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- A strategic mindset with hands‑on, fast‑paced execution
