THE ROLE
We’re looking for an energetic and proactive Client Services Administrator to support our Account Management team. This is a fast-paced role ideal for someone confident, personable, and highly organised. You’ll be involved in a wide range of tasks, from handling electoral projects to supporting customer communications and data management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- First line support for Account Managers
- Basic administration duties and call handling
- Handling incoming/outgoing mail
- Managing stock and office supplies
- Updating databases and systems
- Log, acknowledge, issue, process and chase information packs
- Opening and capturing data from returned packs
- Proof reading and data amendments
- Monitor, maintain and update the Client Services MIS system
- Supporting account managers with weekly and ad hoc print & mailing account management requirements
- Handling enquiries from the public
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Previous office experience (desirable)
- Excellent telephone manner and communication skills
- High standard of English and Maths
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Positive, flexible, and proactive attitude
