Systems Business Administrator Apprentice

We’re seeking an energetic, proactive and technically minded individual to support our systems team. This role is ideal for someone with an interest in computer-based systems and data. As they will be involved in a wide range of tasks from setting electoral projects to supporting customer communications, they should be personable and organised.

What you’ll do at work

• Basic administration duties
• Updating production planning boards
• 1st line support for the systems team by answering project queries both internally and externally
• Processing customer data ensuring its suitability for the required process
• Processing candidate information to ensure suitability for the project
• Building and proofing electoral projects on the Online Voting Platform
• Setting customer communications in the email distribution software
• Supporting the team in delivery of live meeting events

Training

Apprenticeships include time away from working for specialist training. You’ll study to gain professional knowledge and skills.

Essential qualifications

GCSE in:

• Maths (grade 5)
• English (grade 5)
